Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit gymnastics. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device and sitting rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
